We tend to repeat our beliefs at specific times of the day, such as when it's time to wake up, go to work, or go to bed. Once you realize this, you can change the way you deal with situations based on the time of day.If you think that you have lots of useless ideas that you need to get rid of, for example, you might think that you're just ignoring those ideas.
